eBay Chief Technology Officer Mark Carges Joins CTO Forum

San Jose, Calif. – October 5, 2009 – The CTO Forum today announced that eBay Inc. Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mark Carges has been appointed to the CTO Forum’s executive board. Carges was also one of the original architects of Tuxedo, software for constructing highly scalable transaction processing applications.
